THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That Ordi.nance No. 3250, approved August 20, 1914,

t as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by inserting i.n
Section 6, in Grade 43 under the heading "Clerical Group", the title
"Police Dispatcher".
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty
days after its passage.,, approval, and publication.

These ordinances esta.blish the new title of Police Dispatcher which it is hoped
will be used to replace our present police officers with civilian personnel in
the dispatching office of the Police Department.
