THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. That permission and authority are hereby granted to William Weitzman to keep and maintain the egisting steps on the public sidewalk abutting the real property located at 218 Kipling Street being located on the east '7. 1 fee� ,o,f -Kipling Street from a distance of 281. 5 feet south of the center line of Hillsdale Avenue to a distance of 2g5.4 feet south of said center line. . �.�: i Section 2.
