are hereby granted to Buckbee--Mears, Iric. to

posed addition to the Park Square Ramp, which

the City Clerk within thirty (30) days after the passage of this
amending ordinance. " ,

Section 3. This amending ordinance is expressly condi—
tioned upon Buckbee—Mears, Ii�c. filing an acceptance hereof by the
surety company of the terms ,contained in Ordinance No. 13548 and
herein as required in Section• 2, Condition No. 4, of said Ordinance

Section 4. This ordinance shall �.take effect and be in
� force thirty (30) days from and after its passage, approval and
publication. -

No. 231667, approved February 8, 1967, be and the same is hereby
amended to read as foliawas
• "SeQtion 1. That permission and authority
are hereby granted to Buckbee-Meare, Inc. to
construot, extend, maintain and repair the pro-
poeed a.ddition to the Paxk Square Ramp, whioh
will egtend southeseterly o� the praperty line
above the egisting sidewalk on the northerly
side of E. 6th Street and on the westerly aide
of �oeabel atreet to the easte�ly and southerly
linee o� Lot 6, Bloak 6, Whitney and Smith' s
Addition to St. Paul; an.d the vertical alear-
anee o� the same in relation to the surface
of said sidewalk ahall be at leaat 8 �oet; and

the City Clerk within thirty (30) days after the passage o� thia
amendin.g ordinanoe.
