� , Section I.
That the proper City officers are hereby authorized to pay
out of Street and Sewer Cleaning Winter Maintenance Fund 0254-101
- the amount of Five Hundred Sixteen Dollars ($516.00) in full settle-
' �� � ment of the clai.m for compensation £or services rendered by the
�;
,:;,�' said William Rice to the Department of Public Works of the City
;�„ of Saint Paul at various ti.mes during the period of December l,
, � 1964 to March l, 1966, which services were alleged not to have
e been compensated for in full in the past. �,
-, Section II. �
_ ' That payment of said $516.00 shall be made to William Rice
and his attorney Kenneth E. Tilsen upon a dismissal of the legal
action commenced by William Rice against the City of Saint Paul `-'-'"
and his execution of a release in full of any and all damages
� � pertaining to his employment and the conditions of employment
previously with the City of Saint Paul, in form approved by..the
• Corporati.on Counsel.

Section ZII.
- This ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty days

Section I.
