Duties and responsibilities:
Under supervision, to supervise public health nursing activities
in public or private schools, or in the Tu.berculosis Division
or Special Projects Division of the Bureau of Health; and to
perform related work as assigned.
Examples of work performed:
To assist in the �planning of public health nursing programs.
To visit staff personnel in their assigned districts.

and Boarding Home Supervision, Home Safety and Accident
Prevention; and to perform related work as assigned.
Examples of work performed:
To meet witlz social and health a�;encies to arrange for care programs.
To act as coordinator for such programs as Cancer Control,
Conges'tive Heart, Strolce� studies on controversial diseases, etc.
To act as central agency for dispeneary information on any health
problem.
To represent- the City Health Bureau in enforcing the health laws
in nursing and boarding homes.
To discuss the plant needs, requirements, staff, servicea, and
laws regarding nursing and boarding homes.
To tieach resuscitation.
To act as coordinator of various safety programs such as bicycle,
