Section l. That the proper City officers are hereby authorized
to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 0035-421, to Joseph Sawchuk, �
the sum o� $164.81•, in �ull settlement of his claim for damages sustained
on April �17,� 1968, as a result of an accident involving a City vehicle

driven by '�homas Olsen, at or near 456'-Burgess Street, Saint Paul�,
Minnesota.

upon his execution and delivery of a release in full to the City, in

AN ORDINANCE SETTLING THE CLAIM OF JOSEPH
SAWCHUK AGAINST Tt-� CTTY OF SAINT PAUL
TI-IE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section l. That the proper City officers are hereby authorized
to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 0035-421, to Joseph Sawchuk,
the sum of $164.81, in £ull settlement of his claim for damagas sustained

driven by Thomas Olsen, at or near 456 Burgess Street, Saint Paul,
Minnesota.
Section 2. That said sum shall be paid to the said claimant
