AN ORDINANCE SETTLING THE CLAIM OF KATHRYN
M. HENRY AGAINST THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL•
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
, Section l. That the proper City officers are hereby
authorized and direc�ed to pay ou� of the Tort Liability Fund .
0035-�-21, t� Kathryn M. Henry, the sum of $�-50.00, in full
settlement of her claim for damages and in�uries sustained by
reason of a fall on a defective sid.ewalk at or near Kennard
Street between Seventh Street and. Stillwater Avenue, Saint Pau1,
Minnesota, on October 1�, 1967. � .
Section 2. That said sum shall be paid to the said. claimant
upon her execution and delivery� of a release in full �o the City,
in a form to be approved by the Corporation Counsel, for all
damages and in�uries sustained in the manner aforesaid..
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be
in force thirty days after its passa$e, approval and publication.
