Section 1 . That Section 487.02 of the Saint Paul Legisla—
tive Code be and the same is hereby a,mended by adding to the
items of clothing therein. listed the word "Footwear" .
' Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect a.n.d be in �orce
30 days after its passage, approval and publication.
