AN ORDINANCE SETTLING THE CLAIM OF
ROBERT J. FERDERER AS FATHER AND NATURAL
GUARDI�� OF MARY FERDERER, AND OF ROBERT J .
FERDERER.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the proper City officers are hereby
authorized to pay out of the Tort Liabili�y Fund 0035-421, to
Robert J. Ferderer as father and natural guardian of Mary
Elizabeth Ferderer the sum of Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00)
and to Robert J. Ferderer, individually, the sum of Seven Hundred
Fifty Dollars ($750.00), in fu11 set�Element of their claim for
damages and personal in�uries sustained by said parties when the '
street collapsed in the vicinity of a' sewer coruzection near
�-20 East Hoyt, St . Paul, Minnesota.
Section 2. That said sum sha11 be paid to the said
claimants upon their execution �nd delivery of a release in full�
to the City in a form to be approved by the Corporation Counsel,
for each and every �type of damage and in�uries sustained to the
claimants .
- Section 3. That this ordinance ahall �ake effect and be in
force thirty days after its passage, approval and publication.
