THE COUidCIL OF THE CI�'Y: OF SAINT PAUL DOE5 ORDAIN:
Section 1. Tha.t the proper City officers are hereby authorized
and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 0035-421, to Ma.ry B.
Theisen, the sum of $1,000.00, 3.n full settl�nent of her claim for damages
and injuries sustained by reason of a fall on a defective sidewalk in

front of 75� 5outh Cleveland�-Avenue, Saint Paul, Minnesota, on October 18, •

5ection Z. That said sum shall be paid to the said claimant
upon her execution and delivery of a release i.n full to the City, in a
form to be approved by the Corporation Counsel, for all damages and i.njuries
susta3ned in �he manner aforesaid.
Section 3. That this ordi.nance shall take effect and be in
force thirty days after its passage, approval and publication. -

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section l. That the proper City officers are hereby authorized
and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 0035-421, to Mary B.
Theisen, the sum of $1,000.00, in full settlement o£ her claim for damages
and injuries sustained by reason of a fall on a defective sidewalk in
front o� 75 South Cleveland Avenue, Saint Paul, Minnesota, on October 18,
