OF UNITED PROPERTIES INCORPORATED
AGAINS� THE CITY OF SAINT PlI�TL
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITS� OF SAINT PAUL i�ES ORD�IN:
Section l. That the proper City of'�'ieers are hereby autho-
rized to pay ou� of the PIR �'und to be reimbursed from 1968
County Aid Funds to United Properties In�eorporated the sum of
$306.00 in full settlement of its claim for damages and in�uries
sustained as a regul� of the change of ��ade of the sidewalk
ad�acent to the p�operty described as fallows :
The southwesterly 19 feet of Lots 1,
13, 1�, 15 in Mayall�s Subdivisivn
of Block 1 of Whitney and Sa�ith�s
Addi�inn and Block 17 of Robert and
Randall 's Addition '�o �he City of
Saint Paul.
Sec�ion 2. That said sum shall be paid to the said claimant
upon its execution and delivery of a release in full to the City
in a form to be approved by the Corporattion Counsel, for each and
every type of damage sustained �o the p�operty.
Sec�ion 3. That this ordinance she�11 take effect and be in
foree thirty days after its passage, approval and publica�ion.
