An ordinance amending Chapter
2g0 of the Legislative Code of the City
of Saint Paul perta�ning to the Public
Market.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section l. That Section 290.06 of the Legislative Code of
the City of Saint Paul is hereby amended by striking paragraph (1�
in its entirety and substituting in lieu thereof the following:
" (1) Season growers market permit shall be
�60.00 per stall payable on or before July lst if
made in one payment or �66.00 per season payabl:e
�11.00 per month covering 6-month market season
from May lst to October 31st. Final payment due
October lst. Monthly permits �20.00 per month.
Daily permits �1. 50 per day. It shall be un1aW-
ful for any grower to use the facilities of the
loading dock or that area for the delivery of .
farm products direct to purchaser thereof without
securing one of the above permits."
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
thirty (30) days from and after its passage, approval and publication.
