An ordinance amending Ordinance No. 135�2, approved January 31 ,
1967, pertaining to No Parking Zones.
THE COUNCIL OF TNE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section l . That Ordinance No. 13542, approved January 31 , 1967,
is hereby amended by adding the following to Section 5 thereof:
STREET FROM TO SIDE HOURS
W. Seventh St. Interstate 35E Munster Ave. Both 7:00-9:00 A.M.
4:00-6:00 P.M.
Section 3. This ordinance shall not be printed as part of the
Saint Paul Legislative Code but shall be incorporated therein by reference.
5ection 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty
(30) days from and after its passage, approval and publication.

The attached ordinance provides for morning and evening
rush hour parking restrictions on both sides of W. Seventh St.
from Interstate 35E to the Fort Snelling complex at Munster.
These regulations are the minimum requirements , in our opinion,
necessary to cope with the additional traffic caused by the
Mendota Bridge closing on April 15th. We feel it may be neces-
sary to impose additional restrictions if problems occur.
This matter was approved by the Traffic Committee at their
regular meeting on March 4th.
