MARINE INSURANCE COMPANY ON BEHALF OF ITS INSURED, LEROY •
L. GULDAN AGAINST ZHE CITY OF SAINT PAUL.
T1� COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the proper City officers axe hereby authorized
to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 0035-421, to St. Paul Fire F Marine
Insurance Co�npany on behalf of its insured Leroy L. Guldan, the sum of
$108.00, in full settlement of its claim for damages and injuries sustained
on or abaut October 18, 1967, as more particularly set out in a communia�tion
to the City Council on Nove�nber 21, 1967. '
Section 2. That said sum shall be paid to the said claimant r
St. Paul �'ire $ Maxine Insurance Company upon its execution and delivery
of a release in full to the City, in a form to be approved by the Corporation
Counsel, for all damages and injuries sustained in the manner aforesaid.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force thirty days after its passage, approval and publication.
