AN ORDINANCE SETTLING THE CLAIM OF THOMAS R. KUEHN
AND MARGARET'A. KUEHIV, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS PARENTS AND
NATURAL GUARDIANS OF LISA ANN KUEHN, AGAINST 'IIiE CITY
OF SAINT PAUL.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES �RDAIN:
Section 1. That the proper City officers are hea�y authorized
and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 0035-421, to Th�as R.
Kuehn and Margaret A. Ku�hn, the sum of $187.55, in ���1 settl�nent of
their claim for damages and injuries sustained to Lisa Ann Kuehn on or
abaut Sept�ber 6, 1967, as more particularly set out in a counnunication
to the City Council on September 13, 1967.
Section 2. Tha.t said sum shall be paid to the said claianants
upon their execeition and delivery of a release in full to the City, in
a form to be approved by the Corporation Counsel, for all damages and
injuries sustained in the manner aforesaid.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force thirty days after its passage, approval and publication.
