AN ORDINANCE SETTLING 1HE CLAIM OF YINCENT J.
KUZNIA AGAINST THE GITY OF SAIAIT PAUL,
COUNCIL OF THE GITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the proper City officers are hereby authorized
t pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 0035-421, to Viflcent J. Kuznia,
t e sum of �175.00, in full settle�ent of his claim for damages �stained
April 18, 1967, as a result of an accident involving a City vehicle
iven by James Hammer, at or near 1688 Dayton Avenue, Saint Paul, Minnesota.
Section Z. That said sum shall be paid ta the said claix�ant
,
pon his execution and delivery of a release in full to the City, in a
orm to be appraved by the Corporation Counsel, for allchmages sustained
i.n the manner aforesaid.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force thirty days after its passage, approval and publication.
