THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN: _
Section 1. Tha.t Ordinance No. 7607, approved February 13,
1935, as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by striking .
out the statement of minimum �qualifications for the title "Landfill Careta.ker";
and by substituting in lieu thereof the following:

trAbility to read and write English. Must be at least twenty-one �

Section 2. Tha.t said ordinance, as amended, be and the same is
hereby further amended by adding to the statement of minimum qualifications
for the title "Asphalt Raker" and for "Tamper", the foilowing: �

Section 3. That said ordinance, as amended, be and the same is �
hereby further amended by addi.ng to the statement of minimum qualifications •
for the title "Planning Technician TI ", the following:
