That Section 64. 03 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code, as _ _. amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by deleting Section 64. 03 (1) (2) in its entirety and substituting in lieu thereof th.e following: '� 64. 03 (1) (2). Permit the erection of an apartment building for more than four families in an rrArr or <<B�r Residence District on a tract of land embxacing not less than three platted lots or equivalent area, irnmediately adjoining a 8ommercial District or premises actuall.y employed by a similar non-conforming use va�.id at its inception. The dimensions of or the equivalent area of the three platted lots referred to above shall be �.s s�t forth in Par�.graphs 60. 02 (b) for rrArr Residence I�rstr�.cts and 60. 03 (b) fox rrgrr Residence Districts.
