An ordinance a.mending Section 64. 03-(1) (2) of
the Saint Paul Legislative Code, as amended, pertaining
to Zoning Code - Meetings and ProcEdure of the Board ,
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 5AINT PAUL DOES ORDAIlV:
Section 1. That Section 64. 03 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code, as _ _.
amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by deleting Section 64. 03 (1) (2)
in its entirety and substituting in lieu thereof th.e following:
'� 64. 03 (1) (2). Permit the erection of an apartment building for more
than four families in an rrArr or <<B�r Residence District on a tract of land embxacing
not less than three platted lots or equivalent area, irnmediately adjoining a
8ommercial District or premises actuall.y employed by a similar non-conforming
use va�.id at its inception. The dimensions of or the equivalent area of the three
platted lots referred to above shall be �.s s�t forth in Par�.graphs 60. 02 (b)
for rrArr Residence I�rstr�.cts and 60. 03 (b) fox rrgrr Residence Districts. Such
multi-farnily use in ?rAr'r or �rB�r Residence District shall conform to the clensity
requirements as established for a r'C_lrr Residence District in Section 60. 031 (c). rr
Section 2. This ordinance s'ha11 take effect and be in force thirty (30)
days from and after its pas s age, approval and publication.
