AN ORDINANCE SHTTLING THE CLAIM OF TH(k4AS F.
WINTERS AGAIAIST THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES aRDAIN:
5ection l. That the proper City officers are hereby authorized
to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 0035-421, to Thomas F. Winters,
the st� of $153.57, in full settlement of his claim for damages and
injuries sustained on Janary 6, 1969, as a result of an accident involving
a City vehicle driven by Walter H. Wallraff, at or near the intersection
of St. Clair and Lexington Avenues, 5aint Paul, Minnesota.
Section 2. That said sc� shall be paid to the said claimant
upon his exeeution and delivery of a �elease in full to the City, in
a form to be approved by the Corporation Counsel, for all damages
a.�d injuries sustained in the manner aforesaid.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be
in force thirty days after its passage, approval and publication.
