An ordinance amending the Saint Paul Legis-
lative Code granting authority to police,
fire and health officials and building
inspectors to inspect all licensed premises
and providing regulations pertaining thereto.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CI�.'Y OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIDT:
5ection l. That the Saint Paul Legislative Code be and
the same is hereby amended by adding a chapter to be designated
as Chapter 394 to read as follows:
"394.01. The premises named in any license
issued pursuant to any provision of the Saint Paul
L�gislative Code or other law shall at all times
while open to the public be open also to inspection
, and examination by any police, fire or health officer
or any building inspector of the City. "
Section 2. This ordinance ghall take effect and be in force
thirty days from and after its passage, approval and publication.
