That the proper City officers are h�reby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 003��21, to Zora M. McGuire, the sum of $500.OU, in full settlement of her cls�im for damages and injuries sustained by reason of a fall on a defective siewalk at or near Prior and Marshall Avenues,Saint Paul, Minnesota, Q_ ebruary 1, q. 1968. � Section 2.
