AN ORDINANCE SETTLING THE CLAIM OF HENRY
C. BOLDT AGASNST THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 3AINT PAUL DOES ORDAINs
Section l. That the proper City officers are hereby
authorized and directed �o pay out of the Tort Liability
Fund oo35-�F21, �o Henry C. BoZdt, the sum of $200.00, in
full settlement of his claim for damages and in�uries
sustained by reason of a fall on a defective sidewalk at
or near 160�F Charles Str�et, Saint Paul, Minnesota, on
March 3, lg6g.
Section 2. That saicl sum shall be paid to the sa3.d
claimant upon his execution and delivery of a release in
full to the City, in a form to be approved b� the Corpaation
Couns�l, for a11 damages and in�uries sustained in the
manner af'oresaid .
Section 3. That thi� ordinance sha11 �ake effeet
and be in force thirty days after its passage, approval
and publication.
