An ordinance amending Ordi.nance No. 7607, entitled:
"An ordinance fixing the duties and responsibilities
and the minimum qua.lifications for the various classes of
positions in the Classified Service of the City, rr
approved February 13, 1 g35, as amended.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SA.INT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 7607, approved February 13,
1935, as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by striking
out the title and specifications for Bacteriologist.
� Section 2. That said ordinance, as amended, be and the same
is hereby further amended by striki.ng out the title, and minimum
quali.fications for, "Bacteriologist-Chemist II " and by substituting in lieu
thereof the title "Bacteriologist-Chemist III �' and the following m,inimum.
qualifications:
"College gradua.tion in natural science and three yearsi
experience as a Bacteriologist-Chemist II or equivalent.
(No substitution for education. � �'
Section 3. That said ordinance, as amended, be and the same
is hereby further amended by inserting i.n its proper alphabetical order
the following title, and specifications for, Bacteriologist-Chemist II:
