An rdinance ame�nding Chapter 253, of the Saint Paul
islative Code, as amended, pertaining to Water
de - Plumbing.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That Section 253.07 of the Saint Paul Legislative
Code is hereby amended by deleting the first paragraph therefrom and
inserting the following in place thereof:
253.07 Permit Fees. A permit fee of five (5) dollars
shall be paid for each permit issued.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and af ter October 1, 1969.
