An ordinance amending Chapter 16 of the St. Paul
Legislative Cade as amended pertaining to Gas
Space Heating Requirements,
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAIN'I' PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1
That Chapter 16 of the St, Paul Legislative Code be and the same is
hereby amended by adding Section 16.08 thereto:
16.08 - Appliances on Roofs.
All gas burners and gas burning equipment mounted on roofs
shall confarm to the requirements provided for in Section 20.17 of this Code.
Section 2
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30) days
from and after its passage, approval and publication.
