PURSUANT TO SECTIOH 12S.U2 OF THE SAINT
PAUL LEGI5LATIVE CODE.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Sectian 1. That ordinance No. 13537, approved January 31, 1967,
be and the same is hereby amended by deleting Section 3 therefrom.
Section 2. This amending ordinance shall not be deemed part of �
the City Legislative Code, as provided in S�ction 125.02 of the Saint
Paul Legislative Code.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
thirty l30) days from and after its passage, approval and publication.

Dear Commissioner Peterson:
The two attached ordinances involve bookkeeping items
with respect to Section 125 of the Legislative Code which
deals with truck routes. In January 1967 the paragraph that
we are proposing to add to Section 125.04 was inadvertently
placed in an ordinance passed by the Council and did not ap-
pear in the Legislative Code. This has caused some confusion,
and this action merely places it in the truck route ordinance
to be printed in Section 125.04.
