An ordi.nance amending Ordinance No. 3250, entitled:
"An administrative ordinance relating to the Civil
Service Bureau of the City of Saint Paul, approving and adopting
rules and regulations therefor, "
approved August 20, 1 g 14, as amended.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 3250, approved August 20, 1914,
as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by striki.ng out
Section 9 A 1, and by substituting in lieu thereof the following:
"1 For employees holding positions established in Section 6 of
the Ru1es in the Fire occupational group, except employees
in the Division of Fire Prevention and employees working
under the title Fire A1arm Dispatcher, an average of 60 hours
in a 7-day period computed on a yearly basis. "
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty
days after its passage, approval, and publication.
