An ordinance amending Chapter 39 of the Legislative
Code of the City of Saint Paul pertaining to Building Code -
Dwellings - General Construction Requirements
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
S ect ion 1
That Chapter 39 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code pertaining
to Building Code - Dwellings - General Construction Requirements
is hereby amended by adding the followingz
Section 39.08a - Concrete Sidewalks, Driveways and Slabs
Materials and construction for all concrete sidewalks, driveways
and slabs shall meet the requirements of Section 14, Standard
Specifications of the Department of Public Works of the City of
Saint Paul. Minimum thickness of all sidewalks and dxives shall
be four (4") inches.
Section 2
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30)
days from and after its passage, approval and publication.
