mission and Authority to Shamrock Court
Apartments to Construct a Public Sewer in an
Easement.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section l.
Tha.t Ordinance No. 14857, C. F. 254797, approved July 22,
1971� granting permission to Sha.mrock Gourt Apartments to construct
a public sewer in an easement is hereby amended so as to delete the
description of the easement contained therein and insert the follow-
ing easement description in lieu and in place thereof:
The Easterly 32 feet of the Westerly 62 feet of the North
287.12 feet of the following described property: The
`" East 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 11, Town-
ship 28� Ra.nge 22 lying South of the South line of Lower
Afton Road and North of a line runnin Westerly at right
' angles from a point on the Easterly 1�4 section line, said
point being 330 feet North of the 1/4 1/4 Section Corner�
Ramsey County, Minnesota.
Section 2.
That except as otherwise provided above, all the remaining
terms and conditions contained in said Ordinance No. 14857 shall
continue in full force and effect.
Section 3.
That the effectiveness of this amending ordina.nce is hereby
conditioned upon the filing of a written acceptance hereto with the
City Clerk by Shamrock Court Apartments within thirty (30) days
� after pa.ssage of this ordina.nce.
Section 4.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30)
days from and after its pa.ssage, approval and publication.
