An ordinance amending Chapter 360 of the
Saint Paul Legislative Code pertaining to
Fumigating.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That Chapter 360.10 of the Saint Paul Legislative
Code is hereby amended by adding at the end thereof the following:
��With regard to the razing and moving of structures,
dealt with elsewhere in the Code, such rules and
regulations as are reasonably necessary to insure
that a licensed pest control company has adequately
applied the use of chemicals, trappings, structural �
alterations or other control methods for the
extermination of vermin, are hereby approved. Said
rules and regulations shall be kept on file in the
office of the City Clerk and shall be open to public
inspection during normal business hours. Violations
of such rules and regulations shall be a misdemeanor
and upon conviction shall be sufficient grounds for
the revocation of any and all licenses issued. �'
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
� thirty (30) days from and after its passage, approval and publication.
