THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ST. PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1
That Ordi�ance No. 14368, C.F. No. 246602 pertaining to the granting of
,,. � permissio� to Mr. Martin E. Dahl to grade and surface with bituminous material
�'a.� the easterly 10 feet of the southerly 80 feet of the aliey located in Block 5,
Rice St. Villas, is hereby rescinded in its e�tirety.
SECTION 2
That Mr. Martin E. Dahl , 1565 Marion Street, Saint Paul , Minnesota,
55117 shall pay the cpsts of the publication of O�dinance No. 14368 and
this ordinance.

That said Mr. Martin E. Dahl shall within fifteen (1�}-days after
publicatton of this ordi�ance, file a written acceptance thereof with the
City Clerk.
SECTION 4
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30) days from
and after its passage, approvai and publication.
