AGAINST THE CITY OF SAIMT P�UL
THE C�UNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAIn. DOES ORDAIN:
Sectton 1. That the proper City offfcers are hereby authorized
and directed �o pay out of the Tort Liabtlity Fur�i Q035-421, to L. Y.
Parke, the sum of �329.37, in fu11 settle�nent of his clatm of damages
sustained on or abou� March l7, 1971, as �are particularly set out in
a c�rwaication to the City Council on March 30, 1971.
Section 2. That said sun sha�ll be paid to the said clain�nt
upon his execution and delivery of a retease in futl to the City,
in a for� to be approved by the Corporation Counset, for a11 damaqes
sustained in the a�arrner aforesaid.
Section 3. That tl►is ordinance sha11 take effect nnd be in
, force thirty days after its passage, approval and publication.
