Section ��-,; ���n'�I�a�t Ori�i'nance No. 13539, 'approved January
31, 1�7, is hereby amended by deleting the following from
Section 2, one-hour - four-nickel area, thereof:
STREET FROM TO SIDE
Fourth St. Robert St. Minnesota St. North
Section 2. This ordinance shall not be printed as part
of the Saint Paul Legislative Code but shall be incorporated
therein by reference.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force thirty (30) days from and after its passage, approval
and publication.

��'� are submitting by this letter our re uest that the City of Saint Paul
eiiininate all on street parlcing on the °'er side of Fourth Street between
Robert and Minnesora Streets. We believe that we have available sufficient
capacity in our new Parking Ramp to more than accommodate the spacea lost,
and that the improvement in trafzic flow will be dramatic.
As you know, we have started work in replacing the sidewalk and curb on this
frontage and because it will contain electric snow melting mats, it is impera-
tive that we have an early response to this request.
Sde appreciate very much the cooperation the City has extended us in the past,
and are most nopeful that you will render an affirmative response to this
request.
