AN ORDINANCE S�TTLING THE CLAIM OF MRS. LORRAINE EVANS
AGAINST THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL
THE COUNCIL Of TNE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the proper City officers are hereby authortzed
and directed to pay out of the Tort Liabllity Fund 0035-421, to
I�s. Lorraine Evans, the sum af $275.00, in fu11 settlement of her
claim for damages and in3uries sustained by reason of a fall on a
defecttve aidewalk at or near Pascal and Stanford Streets, Satnt
Paul, Minnesota, on August 7, 1971.
Section 2. That sald su�n shall be paid to the said claimant
wpon her execution and delivery of a release tn full to the City,
in a form to be approved by the Corp�ration Cnunsel, for all damages
and in3uries sustained in the manner aforesald.
Sectlon 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be fn
force thirty days after 9ts passage, approval and publication.
