AN ORDINANCE SETTLING THE CIAIM OF MR. & MRS. DAVID RAASCN
AGAINST 7HE CTTY OF SAINT PAUL
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Sectton 1. That the proper City officers are hereby authorized
and directed to pay out of the Tnrt Ltabiltty Fund 0035-421, to Mr.
and Mrs. David Ra►asch for tiheir mtnor son David, the sum of $186.75,
in full settl�nent of their claim of damages sustatned on or about
September 23, 1971, as more particularly set out in a canmunicatian to
the C4ty Counctl on October 15, 1971.
Section 2. That said sum shall be patd to the said claimants
upon their executton and deltvery of a release tn fu11 to the C1ty,
tn a form to be approved by the Corporation Counsel, for a11 damages
sustained 1n the manner aforesaid.
Section 3. That this ordinance sha11 take effect and be tn
� force thirty days after its passage, approval and pubtication.
