That the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 003S-421, to James S. Wemple, the sum of $266.28, in full settleaent of his c1a�m of damages sus�ained on or about October 8, 197Q, as aore particularly set out in a com�naicatioa to the City Gouacil on November 4, 1970. Section 2. That said sum shall be psid to the said claimant upon his execution and delivery of a release in full to the City, in a form to Be approved by the Corp4ration Counsel, for a11 damages sustained by the manner aforesaid. Section 3. That this ordinance sha11 take effect and be in force thirty days after its passage, approval and publication.
