THE COUNCIL OF TH$ CITY OF SAII3T PAUL DOES ORUAIN:
SECTION l. That the proper Citq officers are hereby sutborized
aad directed to paq out of the Tort Liability Fund 0035-420, to
Aiirs. James Hansen, the sum of $11Q.OQ,. in full settlement of her
claim of damages suataiaed ou or about February 14, 1972 as mora
partictsZarly set out in a co�mmunicatioa to the City Couacil oa
March 17, 1972.
QECTION 2. That said sum shall be paid to the said claimsut
upon her execution aad delivery of a release in full to the
City ia a form to be approved by the Corporation Counsel, for a11
dsmages sustained in the �anaer aforesaid.
