AfV ORDINANCE SETTLING THE CLAIM OF CECIL W. CARTER
AGAINST THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL ,
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1 . That the Proper City officers are hereby author9zed
and directed to pay nut of the Tort Liability Fund 0035-421 , to
Cecil �J. Carter, the sum of $130.00, in full settlement of his claim
� of damages sustained on or about Qctober 21 , 1971 as more parttcularly
set out in a canmunication to the City Council on November 23, 197?.
Sect4on 2. That said sum shall be paid to the said claimant
upon his execution and delivery of a release tn full to the City,
in a form to be approved by the Car�oration Counsel , for all damages
sustained in the manner aforesaid.
Section 3. That this ord4nance shall take effect and be in
force th�rty days after �ts passage, approval and publ�cation.
