Sectton l. That the proper Ctty off�cers are hereby author4zed
to pay out of the Tort Liab�l�ty Fund 0035-�21, to State Faxm Mutual Insurance
Company on behalf of tts tnsured Dona'[d T. ld�strom, the sum of $1,000.00 and
to Donald T. Nystrom, as father and natural guardian of James D. Nystrom, the
sum of $700.00, the total sum to be $1,700.00,in full settlement of their
claim for damages and in,jur4es susta�ned on or about �une 17, 1971 as more
particularly set out in a communtcation to the City Counc�l on June 25, 1971.
Section 2. That said sums shall be patd to the said claimants
State Farm Mutual Insurance Company and Donald T. �ystrom upon their
execution and delivery of releases in full to the City, tn a form to be
approvedl�r the Corporation Counsel, for all damages and in�uries sustained
in the manner aforesatd.
Sect�on 3. That th�s ord�nance shall take effect and be in
force��h�rty days after its passage, approval and publication.
