THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY C1F SAINT PAUL DOES ORDA71d:
Se.ction 1. That the proper Citiy officers are hereby authorized
and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability Fuad 0035-42� to
Mir.�& Mrs. Peter G. Silna, the sum of $438.20, in full settlement of
their claiun of damages susta3.aed on� or about April 19, 1972 at or near
473 Topping Street, 5sint Paul, Minnesota as more particularlq set out
ia a cummuaication to the City Couacil on May 16, 1972.
Section 2. That said aum shall be paid. to the said claimants
upon Y.lieir execution and deliverq af a, release in fu1� to the City, in a
form to be approved by the Citq Attorney, for a11 damages sustaixied 3n
the manner aforesaid.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall Cake effect and be in
force thirty days after its passage, approval and publicatioa.
