An ordinance amending Ordinance No. 15173, \
Council File No. 259428, entitled: "An administrative
ordinance fixing the minimum qualifications for the
various heads of executive departments of the city, "
approved August 24, 1972.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CI TY OF SAINT PAU'L DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 151?3, Council File No.
259428, approved August 24, 1972, be and the same is hereby
amended by adding to Section 1 the following paragraph:
�(5) Plannin� Coordinator. Bachelor' s degree which
involves studies in the area of city planning � public
administration, urban affairs, or related field, plus
seven years ' responsible professional experience in urban
planning and development .
Educational requirements may be wt�ived with consent
of the eouncil where there is evidenee of ten years'
experienee in a progressively responsible position
involving urban planning and deve lopment .
- Section 2. That Ordinance No. 15173 is further amended
by striking the title and substituting in lieu and in place
thereof the following:
An administrative ordinance fixing the minimum
qualifications for the various heads of executive
departments and other exempt positions of the city.
Section 3. This ordinance sh all take effect and be in force
thirty days after its passage , approval and publication.
