An Administrative Ordinance Pertaining to the
Reorganization of City Government under the New
Cha.rter Approved by the Voters November 3� 1970�
and Providing for the Form and Execution of Bonds
and Other Obligations Issued by the City of
Saint Paul.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1.
Bonds• Form and Execution.
on s an ot er o igations issued by the City of Saint Paul
shall be signed' by the Ma.yor� countersigned by the head of the
Department of Finance and ha.ve thereto attached the corporate seal
of the City of Saint Paul� attested to by the City Clerk. Coupons
issued with any such bonds or other obligation ma.y be authenticated
by the engraved or printed signatures of the Ma.yor� head of the
Department of Finance and City Clerk. By resolution the City
Council ma.y provide tha.t either the Mayor or one of the above-named
officers sha.11 sign such bonds or other obligations manua.11y and
tha.t the other signatures and City seal may be printed� lithographed�
stamped or engraved thereon. Except as otherwise provided by law�
the form of borids and other obligations issued by the City sha.11
be determined by the Sinking Fund Committee with the advice of the
City Attorney.
Section 2 .
This ordina.nce shall be deemed a part of the Saint Paul Administra-
tive Code and sha.11 be incorporated therein and given an appropriate
cha.pter and/or section number at the time of the compilation of the
said Administrative Code.
Section 3.
This ordina.nce shall take effect on and after June 6� 1972.
