An Ordina.nce Amending hapter 20 of the Saint Paul
Legislative Code so as to Provide Compensation to
Members of the Planni Commission.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CIT OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Sect on 1.
That Cl�apter 20 of the Sain Paul Administrative Code be and
the same is� hereby amended so as to add the following to Section
20.02:
"All commission members sha 1 be paid twenty-five dollars
($25.00) for attendance at each meeting of the commis-
sion as a whole, but in no event sha.11 any commission
member receive more tha.n s ven hundred-fifty dollars
($750.00) per annum for at endance at such meetings .
The compensation set forth herein sha11 constitute the
entire compensation to co ission members for the per-
formance of their duties." �
Sect' on 2 .
This ordina.nce sha.11 take e fect and be in force from and
after March 1, 1974.
