An ordinance amending
Chapter 361 of the St. Paul
Legislative Code pertaining
to the sale of Christmas trees.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That Chapter 361 of the St. Psul Legislative
Code is hereby amended by adding the following sections
"Section 361.04. Re�oval of Christmas trees.
On or before the fifteenth day following Christ�a��,
all cut evergreen, fir, spruc� or other trees of
like kind for what are known and described as
Christmas trees, shall be removed from the lot or
premises used by the licensee hereunder for the sale,
trade or barter of sueh tre�s. Such trees shall be
removed at such time to a proper and suitable place
intend�d and $llowed under the law for the disposal
of refu�e. "
Section 2. This ordinance shall take eff�ct and be in� force
thirty(30) days from and after its passage, approval �nd publi-
eation.
