An ordinance establishing the pay rate of all city
employees who were promoted prior to the effective date of
Ordinance No. 15113, that date being July 10, 1972, and
whose pay rate would have been further increased had they
been promoted after the effective date of said ordinance.

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
. � � � SECTION 1

That all employees of the City of Saint Paul who received a
promotion prior to July 10, 1972, and who are receiving a rate of
pay less than that which they would have received had they been
promoted after July 10, 1972, shall be paid the pay rate that they
would have received had they been promoted after July 10, 1972.
SECTION 2
That notwithstanding any provisions of this ordinance, the
next pay increase of each such employee shall date from the date
of their last inerease and shall be in accordance with Sec. 1 (d)
of Ordinance 6446.
SECTION 3
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from the
date set forth in the resolution of intent, C.F. No. ��"~�'��_.
