That Ordinance No. 6446 approved January 23, 1925, as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by deleting from Group D of Section II the followings Assistant Supervisor of Custodians $6.11 and inserting in lieu thereof the following: _ " Assistant Supervisor of Custodians $6.43 Section 2. The terms and provisions of this ordinance shall be effective from and after January 6, 1973, in accordance with the expressed intent of this Council contained in Council File No. 260367. The proposed increase is exactly the same cents-per-hour as those in the bargaining unit received. 4. Remove from the Graded Division and place in the Ungraded Division the title Instrument Repairman (Filter Plant), and to change the pay of this job to the same pay as the Utilityman. 5. Change the rate for Lime Recovery Operator and Pumping Engineer III, in accordance with our letter of agreement. 6. Change the following from the Ungraded Division to the Graded Division: Equipment Maintenance Foreman Fireman-Mechanic Foreman Fireman-Mechanic General Foreman Mechanic Foreman--Municipal Garage Mechanic Foreman--Water Department This move will involve an increase of approximately five per cent, the same amount that those supervisors in the Graded Division already received. 7.
