' The 2 attached ordiaances esitablish 2 new titles to be used in.the Youth Service Ceatere.
Aae ordir�.arice provides for t�e creation of these positions in the Unclasaified Service
and the Civil Ser�i.ce Commi�sion has given ita approval for such exemption.
The other ordinance provide for employment speci.fications for these 2 positiona.
Normally empioyment specif�catione are not drawn np for exempt positiaais, but the
City Administrator�s office feels that there should be gu.ideliffies for filling �these 2
euempt positions and has set up procedures which provide for some aupervision by
the City Admi.nistration in filliag the aforementioned exempt positione. ,
