THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. That Ordinance No. 6446, approved January 23, 1925, as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by striking out, where it appears near the end of Section I B, the line "Dispatcher I $6:22" ; and by sub stituti.ng in lieu the re of the line "Dispatcher I $6. 30" . Section 2. That said ordinance, as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by increasing the rate for Dispatcher I, where it appears in Section I B, to $6. 39 an hour, to be effective November 1, 1973. Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force on the first day of the first payroll period following thirty days after its passage, approval, and publi cation.
