Service Bureau of the City of Saint Paul, approving and adopting
rules and regulations therefor, "
approved August 20, 1914, as amended.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 3250, approved August 20, 1914,
as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by striking out
of Section 6, where it appears in Grade 3b under the heading Professional
Group, the title Procurement Coordinator; and by inserting said title in
Grade 38 under the heading Professional Group.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force ox.►. the
first day of the first payroll period following thirty days after its passage,
approval, and publication.

Subsequent to a request from the Board of Educa.tion for a job audit
of the position of Procurement Coordinator, the Civil Service Office studied the
d�.ties aad respon�ibilitie� of this poaition. As a result of this study the Civil
Service Office xecoxramended to the Civil Service Commiasion that this position
be t�,pgraded two grade.s.
The attacl�ed ox�dinaace indicates the Ciuil Service Commission�s approval
of this recoxnmeadation a�d it is aow necessary that this ordiaau�ce be<a.pproved
