Dear Sir:
This is written in response to the petition of Professional
Realty, Inc, to rezone from "B" to Commercial property located on the
south side of Banfil between Western and vacated Ann Street, and
further described as follows:
Lot 2, Block 8, Winslow's Addition.
This matter was heard at the January 18, 1973, Board of Zoning
public hearing at which time the staff report on file was read as well
as a letter from the West 7th Street Association recommending approval
of the rezoning. It was noted that the rezoning was requested in order
to add on an existing medical clinic.
A resident of the area noted that parking is a problem around
the subject site.
After discussion of the matter, the Board heard a motion to
reconanend approval. The motion was seconded and passed by a vote of
4 to 0.
